Great, helpful, easygoing staff and good service.
Stopped in during my travels from Newcastle NSW, to the Great Ocean Road and got a pair of shoes. Got to Lorne and realised the guy never checked the box to make sure they were right, and ended up with two left shoes. The next day (my 21st bday) had to drive back up to Torquay, just to go back down to Lorne and past again, but didn't even get an apology or anything to make up for the mistake.
