Toowoomba Motorcycles owner Dean, went out of his way to sort out a bike for my husband for Christmas. Service was amazing and also delivered to Brisbane, as part of deal. What a champion!

Appalling service. Walked in to buy clothes. Four people behind the counter not one person acknowledged my son or I let alone tried to help us.

Service has taken a massive dive, where I would have been recommending to others I'm now looking elsewhere. Three weeks to book in, and they didn't even start work until 4 days later, and then took 5 days to do the work - replacing a chain. Worst part was there was no communication about the delay - I wouldn't have minded the delay but it meant I couldn't plan around it. Disappointed.
Nothing but praise for the team at Toowoomba Motorcycles. They really do provide awesome service for their customers and nothing seems too much! Even stayed behind on a Friday arvo to make sure my bike was finished for me. That kind of service is hard to find! Cheers guys. Much appreciated
I had my bike in for an insurance claim and when I picked it up they had completed only half of the quoted repairs and tried to fob me off with a cheap windshield. 5 months later they still hadn’t completed the repairs when I was unfortunate to have another claim. I rang the insurer, some five weeks after the assessment, to find out what was going on. I asked if I could go elsewhere because of the delayed first claim. But they arranged for Toowoomba Motorcycles quote/inspection who then, again, reassured me all would be fine and they would look after me. Then I was asked to source the saddlebags and windshield still outstanding from the first claim as they couldn’t find replacements. I suggested some options that I managed to find only to be then informed by the assessor they would write my bike off even though there was less damage done in the second accident. All up, seven months of unnecessary grief. My main gripe is the windshield, I blame myself as I should have ignored their reassuring words after I clearly rejected the replacement shield they offered and gone back to pick up the old screen as it wasn't that badly damaged. I could go on...... I would not return to or recommend this business
