Ive purchased two revolvers from them, an absolute pleasure to deal with. Professional, polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful with good old fashioned customer service. There was a slight issue with one of the guns (not their fault) and they addressed it quickly with no fuss. A lot of larger gun shops could learn a lot from the way SCM treat their customers. Many thanks guys, hope to do business again soon!

Excellent store. I usually buy way too much when I go in. But the staff are so passionate about what they're dealing in, it's hard to not get caught up in it. They have the advice and experience to back it up. Best gun shop in toowoomba..... By a mile.

Bunch of liar's and BS artist's. I very much doubt their is anyone who can even lie stright in bed. Very quick to take your money but then don't diliver, then when you call to find out where your stuff is, they just straight up BS you and muck you around for weeks. Never will I spend another dollar hear. Disgusted

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!! I made the mistake of buying a 303 caliber rifle. The magazine spring had been taken out and replaced with a block of wood.. Thank god I didn't go hunting with this rifle I wouldn't of been Abe to load a shot if I had to! The head space on the gun was remarkably out of specs due to the incorrect bolt head fitted to the bolt!! this could have caused serious damage to me or a friend and the stock wasn't securely fitted it was twisting around. When I tried l raise this problems with the owner I just got an abusive phone call and would refuse to come to any conclusion. Very dangerous and had on going cost with gunsmith which should of been sorted from then before selling in safe goods. Never again from this store.

The owner Darren is a complete joke, can’t answer any email enquires nor can the staff, the staff have no knowledge on any militaria or where it’s kept in the “shed”,many of there .303 rifles are way overpriced for the condition that he’s just thrown damaged/salvage parts on for an exaggerated price. I spent two hours in the shop floor,at least 3/4’s of that was waiting for the staff to stop flabbing there own views on projectile accuracy’s,pointless small talk and so forth to a PTA lodging customer in front who seemed not to be interested. The prices displayed on the website are incorrect and haven’t been updated in a while, has a good array of items but most of its exaggerated in price and in poor condition. If your after firearms this wouldn’t be a bad shop but for anything else it’s a waste of time it’s turning more into a museum than an actual small business with most items for the “owners display “.
