Been a long time customer (over 7yrs) Pretty good customer service, Russel the delivery/installation/service guy is a fantastic person, always friendly, helpful. BUT be warned, it is a VERY expensive way to own goods, it really is expensive commercial hire purchase (not rental) the 1 buy in the contract says for a similar product which allows them to call it a rental, in practice you get the product you've been renting (of course that's what you want), hence it really is CHP. Because it's classified as a rental, the credit and affordability checks are minimal so it's very easy to spend to much. The main office accounting Dept if you miss a payment are less than friendly and call so often. So if you do decide to use this form of acquiring goods then Toowoomba Radio Rentals store people are pretty good. I have also had experience with Rent 4 Keeps Toowoomba, so ,while they are also an expensive way to own goods the staff there are brilliant and if you have an issue with a payment they are very accommodating and understanding.
