Richard and Alan: you are good operaters & it's not like I don't appreciate that but I brought a mate all the way from the Gold Coast who wanted to meet you guys, gifted you both a bottle of his own made vodka (which takes six hours to filter) and you didn't even come say hello let alone say thanks and shake hands with the young bloke. He tried to show Travis how KFC is stealing your businesses' intellectual property (refer attached photo) and was dismissed outright. Richard and I want nothing more than to deliver benefits to yourselves and all Toowoomba business owners and today were deprived of that opportunity. In Richard's own words we left after he said: "I'm over this, these people are being weird and are not your friends David". On the positive, he absolutely loves the fluorescent orange beanie I bought from you for him! Maybe next time we visit, things will be different...

Alan and his team catered for my daughter's wedding at a private home in Highfields in July 2019. As we were discussing options, processes and prices in the lead-up, Alan's relaxed and easy manner made everything smooth, though if I'm being honest there was a moment or two where we were thinking, "Can it be this easy? Is this going to work?" We didn't need to worry. Alan and his team were consummate professionals. The food was plentiful, fresh and very tasty. All aspects of the service were outstanding: set-up, attending to guests, clean-up - all faultless. The prices were also very reasonable and the menu options flexible. As people with little-to-no experience hosting big parties let alone weddings, I can only say that we were in very good hands with Etiquette 24/7. Thanks Alan & team - you helped to make our daughter's wedding day special.
Richard and Allan provide a catering service which is of exceptional quality and extremely professional, they cook great food, offer competitive prices given the quality of their offering and they will work with you creatively to fit your budget. I recommend them to guests of my boutique hotel (which doesn't provide catering) if they are looking for caterers and they have never disappointed. I have worked with them for over 10 years and can't recommend them highly enough.
I recently went to a corporate function catered by Etiquette 24/7. The presentation, service and quality of food was of the highest standard. I would recommend Etiquette 24/7 for anyone who wants to impress their clients.
