Shaking BABYYY syndrome

I had the absolute strangest service of my life. Decided to order your apparent “signature” Turkish beef roll that was displayed at the front counter on a sign, and all the staff even the chef at the back was confused with what I ordered. The description of the burger sounded delicious, with roasted capsicum and caramelised onions and Smokey bbq sauce, and instead I got a disappointing cold beef roll with gravy, lettuce and tomato.... nothing at all like the description that was displayed as “signature”.. what an absolute waste of 20, just don’t waste your time and just go to subway...

FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO EAT! My partner and I decided to have lunch together this morning (29.3.21). We order a small roast roll meal and a small roast meal. The roast roll and chips were prepared and left sit on the bench for 8 minutes while the girl prepared the roast meal. The roll was cold, hard and dry as anything. The roast meal consisted of cold pumpkin, potatoes and meat with just enough gravy to help swallow down the dry pork. I would understand if it was a busy time, but we were the only ones inline for quite some time. Payed 30 for this disappointing meal. Reading the reviews, clearly speaking to your staff is not doing anything.

I love eating here, the food is fresh and delicious. It is one of the few places in Toowoomba that has their food beautifully displayed artistically. I got the cheesy tomato toastie and it was excellent. Tomato is difficult as it usually would soak the bread. In this instance, it did not. I will try the veggie bakes in the future as they also look appetising

Went to the bucking bull in grand central toowoomba. It was an absolute disgrace. Ordered a pork sandwich during the lunch rush. And when I finally got it the meat was that cold it might as well have come out of the fridge. The butter was the hottest thing on the sandwich. If they are roast experts like they claim. It must be a very easy title to get. This isn't the first time a meal from here is cold. I will be advising everyone I speak to. To avoid this place like the plauge.

My Tropical Baked Potato was absolutely disgusting. Potato is not cooked properly, tiny bit of coleslaw, few bits of Bacon with a ring of Pineapple on top then absolutely smothered in Sour Cream with a few Shallots. There was so much Sour Cream that it just made everything cold and just too overpowering. Could not eat it. Very disappointing.

Super fast service! Received my burger and chips with gravy within a couple minutes of ordering. The wonderful lady Sarah from the kitchen is very friendly and has exceptional cooking skills. Would definitely recommend to those looking for friendly and quick service, with great tasting food.

Just poor service from disinterested staff. At least the potatoes were decent considering the price. I'd advise having an experienced manager at the shop front to properly supervise.
