Service centre let Audi down. Luxury car have to do the same service with VW, Subaru, commercial car. What is the point to pay for luxury car, luxury services ??? Pay more than 700 for second year service at the small place, hard to find car park, and no customer staff at the front for luxury service??? No way to compare to Brisbane service: the service department only service Audi car, service staff at the gate to wellcome customers, just drop the car with service staff, they will do all the rest: don’t need to find car park, don’t need to let them know the car place number, don’t do service with other car bands..you will feeling like luxury service

One of the easiest experiences we have had buying a car! We were looking for a dealer demo vehicle, with a couple of specific options on it while also being flexible in others, and Brock (from the Landrover side of Wippells) and Tom were the first Audi dealers who were able to find us the care we were looking for (and we had visited at least 3 other Audi dealerships). There was also excellent communication through the entire process. Thanks again, it was well worth the drive from Brisbane!
5 minutes into looking at a car, already offered a test drive by Salesman Tom F! A week later, I bought a brand new Audi! Brilliant customer service compared to Wippells Mazda Department, and definately way better than Armstrong Auto's dealerships (Ford, Nissan, Jeep, etc).
I bought a new Audi Q3 from Toowoomba Audi Centre. Tom Fuller was absolutely amazing.Very Good customer service experience with Tom. 5 star service.
