We paid for guarantor advice and signature service. The first visit only 2 of the 12 required documents were signed. The second visit left us with 2 items still unsigned. This caused a 2 week extension of settlement which resulted in default interest of 1200. Avoid. EDIT in response. We absolutely were paying clients. We paid 250 for your service. The second visit absolutely existed. First visit with a male. Second a female. Despite 2 visits, signatures were in fact missed and this did cause delayed settlement and default interest fees. It appears you're trying to render this review invalid with your reply however I assure anyone reading this that it is truthful.

I sold a property, using Aden and Bronte for conveyancing and everything went smoothly, a few months after settlement i engaged them again to purchase a different property. Bronte was great through the process and I thought everything was great until after a few weeks I receive a water rates notice for before we owned the property, not a problem, mistakes are made. Spoke with Bronte and was promised things would be resolved after some discussion about the entire process, followed this up with an email to confirm, 2 weeks later receive a payment for incorrect sum, when chasing it I hear Bronte has left and new staff member argued the balance owing. Supplied all the information that I had previously supplied, no response for 24hours so chase them again, further argument from staff, supplied same information worded differently and with pictures for reference and get the response 'I will pay this as I don't want to waste any more time on this matter So unprofessional, and no way to treat any customers. Will not deal with them in future due to one staff members actions. Hope no one else gets this same service, or lack there of.
