This is a free advanced driving course area designed to help you park in what appears to be an abandoned construction site. Test your skill against passive aggressive soccer mums and Asian students who take their trolleys home. The boom gate is left open to achieve random free parking, weird flex but ok.
2 hours free then additional free hours per 20 you spend. Should be 3 hours free, as this is standard across Brisbane, but I guess the management have their reasons, being the Toowong train station is the 3rd busiest in Brisbane, and is located directly below the Shopping Centre.
