Honestly not a lot of places can offer what Scape can. In terms of place convenience, amenities and customer service provided by the staff, they go above and beyond to make sure that the "home away from home" aspect of uni life is always fun, stress-free and engaging. Food and shopping areas are within walking distance; common areas such as the lobby, studying areas and gym are maintained and are great places to meet new people, and the staff—JK, Courtney and Morgan to name a few—are always present and inviting, eager to help and ready to be a friend when needed. :)

Living in this apartment is a wonderful experience. Mandy, the staff here, is very warm and friendly. She invited me to participate in an interesting bicycle milkshake squeezing activity and tasted delicious cakes
Nice place, I’ve been here for a little over a year (arrived a little before pre-COVID). I’m a little on the shy and awkward side, but the people I’ve met here have always tried to include me and I feel like I’m part of the community here! It’s a safe building of course, resident key-card access only and all the events and stuff abide by COVID restrictions as such. The receptionists are helpful and they’re great at their jobs. They’re down to chat if they’re not busy with work and it really helped me when I was feeling stressed and anxious. Shout out to Courtney, the event co-ordinator of the place, she puts in so much effort into each event and making each month themed differently. Her making rounds through the building during COVID or like social isolation periods really helped with issues that residents were struggling with.
Moved to Brisbane from Toowoomba for uni recently and I can genuinely say that Scape Toowong is the best place to live in! Super friendly and accommodating receptionists and I could not have asked for a better environment to be in!!
Off to a bad start! I checked in today to my 8 bedroom shared apartment to find that my other roommates had taken over the entire common living areas. They had more than 20 boxes of stuff lying around the entire living room and hallways of the apartment. It made the apartment look terrible and messy. I complained to the front desk about this issue and asked to move rooms. Unfortunately they didn't have any rooms ready. Instead, they put me in a seperate room for a few nights until they could clean another room. However, the room they put me in stunk badly and there was mould all around the rim on the toilet and the bowl. It was disgusting. I think this place is overpriced for what you get. Not happy with my experience so far. I would not recommend this place to my friends.

Absolutely disliked Morgan and JK. They made me so scared to even enquire about things to the point where I remember everyone's shift just to avoid seeing them. So rude and tend to bully and belittle new people.
Nice Clean student accomodation.
