We have Ignite Broadband in Palazzo Brisbane apartments in Woolloongabba. The internet service is very fast & we don't have issues with outages. The customer service provided by Ignite is outstanding. Located in Brisbane it's great to support local business as well. We are very happy customers.

They were unable to fix an outage which left me without internet access for 7 days. Very unresponsive to emails during this time. There were regular, persistent outages before this over the course of several months. It was incredibly inconvenient due to working from home and relying on Ignite so I could do my job. I'm now out of pocket having to arrange other means of internet access. By far the worst experience i've had with an ISP, I would never recommend them to anyone.

Apparently is now known as 'Spirit'. Internet has not worked for 5 days and their solution is to 'take messages' when you phone and stop answering emails.

This is the WORST Internet provider! The internet drops out constantly, when it is connected it is slow and then there are the bills/people dealing with the bills. I am constantly having to email these guys about their incorrect bills, these are always trying to randomly start charging double, putting on late fees when the invoices are never sent. We are set up on direct debit and the money comes out every month BUT nearly every month we are having to contact them in writing as they change their story constantly as to why on earth they can't stop being dodgy!! Will def be going elsewhere and will 100% pay a higher rate simply to deal with people who know what they are doing.

My customer account number is 50817. Daphne advised me to take note of names for who I'm speaking with for future telephone conversations to prevent further issues going forward so I've noted her name here. My service with Ignite over 12 months was reasonably straightforward with the 1 technician they have who was incredibly helpful and worked hard to fix errors. Unfortunately after moving house and notifying Ignite I was subsequently billed beyond my contract. When calling to request a refund I was told that unless I told them the name of the employee I spoke with I wouldn't receive a refund, I was then told that they had bought the company off someone else (Todd?) And they couldn't do much. I was asked if a call back before 4pm would be okay. I never received another call. A week later I received an invoice for 1350 payable within a week and a half. Upon receiving this I drafted an email request that my refund be processed and was once again told that nothing could be done. Because *They* couldn't find the employee. A complaint to the Telecomm Ombudsman and within 2 hours refund was received with an annoyed call once again from Daphne reminding me again that I need to remember her employees names in case they've been trained so poorly they forget to do the one job they've been contacted for. In short, my friend Daphne from Ignite has single handedly turned my entirely positive experience of the company in to a single star experience. Thanks Daphne. You're a gem, hope you pass your internship soon.

they have good staff but not enough of them, if an outage take place they need more help then have manpower for currently. Downgraded to one star review, they have no support after hours or they will try charge you for support after hours, also they arent even solely owned, this company has had different parent companies since ive had a connection. Its truly irratating to be a customer of ignite, outages all the time and no one to even call and find out an eta or what is going on.
