Honestly, best BBQ joint in Brissy! Make sure you check out their butcher shop too - last week I bought the 7 wagyu rump for dinner and it was incredible.
That BBQ Joint Carina.... Boy oh Boy !!! What a flavour, USA size of the meals and quality !!! Delicious, smoky, full of bold flavours. You can taste the love they put in their food. Chips is to die for but that brisket is just divine. I love their new meal on the menu called "Filthy Burger" if I am not wrong. Mix of many goodies with chips in one on one plate without the bun drizzled with their own BBQ sauce, mayo and mustard...wow!!. Owner and his Staff are just incredible people. Great Customer service and you can feel the buzz and that positive vibe as soon as you arrive. Small shop size but great atmosphere. They have increased the number of outdoor tables since my last visit to 9 placed right next to the laundromat. That BBQ Joint Carina is located on 1396 Creek Rd, Carina QLD 4152.
