Amazing teachers, great atmosphere
like
Doesnot even worth one star rating. There supposed to be only three kids per class and receptionist often overbook the classes with five kids. This reduces the time that each gets to learn and she tries to justify the overbookings by saying it is because of makeup classes. Facility is not clean, neat or tidy!!!
Nothing but problems when we attended. The receptionist works on her “own time”., facilities are below average, the pool looks like i it hasn’t been serviced since installation. One of the teachers is just a waste of time, she doesn’t cater to the individual child’s development, just blankets them all and get upset if they’re not to her standard yet, also while “teaching” the instructor is happily to carry on conversations with other instructors while walking laps of the pool. You are required to pay the whole term and don’t even think about a refund if you’re wanting to leave. There is a reason why these guys are cheap... just walk in and have a look...
Very good swim school. Am happy with the teachers and teaching.
