I couldn’t recommend this place any higher, the staff/ instructors are super friendly, absolutely Champion people. Suits all rangers I’m only starting out but they make you feel apart of something bigger. It can be intimidating going to a place like this but once you go to the first lesson you’ll realise it’s such a great atmosphere, you’ll leave already scheduling your next session. Fantastic environment!

If you want a family environment for your child that teaches self defense and discipline self confidence oceanic martial arts is the place to go I have been studying bushido for over 30 years and my daughter is now studying it you can't go wrong go in and see marco and fiona or their son kai you won't be disappointed.

I have attended their BJJ classes in July for a short while while I was in town and I really enjoyed training here. Craig Cruickshank is an amazing instructor who pays close attention to his students and help them grow. He is really great at bringing up young talent and look after them. Thank you for letting me train here!

From day one I was struck by the friendly environment of this gym. This place has some of the best instructors in North Queensland, who ply their trade with a professionalism and attention to detail that shows in the high caliber of their students. Regardless of whether you want to master a martial art, learn self defence, get fit, meet new friends, challenge yourself or simply just have fun you would be hard pressed to find anywhere better than Oceanic.

Truly incredible learning environment. A mixture of great coaching, good class structure, friendly training partners, heaps of mat space and most of all a welcoming atmosphere makes this the best place around to train BJJ. Couldn't recommend more.
