Staff here are generally quite nice and helpful. There is one staff member there that goes above and beyond in the rental area. In the retail area it would be good if they had more kids clothing. And I think that they also need to update some of the old rental gear as some of it’s a bit old. But otherwise it’s all good and works fine!

Excellent service. This place is a gem for learning how to snowboard or ski. Helpful teams to teach from beginners to advanced. Very skillful friendly and happy to guide you through your learning process in a patient way. Snow has been great lately. Food is average.

Had my new boots fitted in here. Loved the customer service and the level of knowledge of each of their staff. Had a good experience and loving their range of souvenirs and boarding accessories

Staff are absolutely on point here, as skiers themselves they don't look at you like you are foolish when you try to describe how your gear feels. Adjustments and proper instructions for you are all done without any hesitation.
It is off season and quiet. Service was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. We missed the return time on day one because out son was unwell. Staff understood and didn't charge extra. Kids snow play area was fun!
Had my first Ski lesson. Pretty awesome.. definitely will come back next year
