Offered a position in prefab. Was ghosted by office and GM after attending a medical. Couldnt even get a reply to emails for an explanation. Went and got a job at ARC prefab. Like Shannon Kitchens said, come to ARC if you want a better deal and professional courteous service!

I called them and they told me to come in an hr and a half because they wouldn't be able to load. I came about 2.5 hrs later and still took 50 mins to give me 2 sheets of mesh.
Disappointing service all round. Say one thing then do another. Bad customer sales & service. Ordered material & paid then couldn't deliver on time as stated. Eventually got refunded & Went to ARC, who were cheaper & bent over backwards to help me out. I would not recommend mesh & bar Thornton at all. Ignorant & arrogant.... Go elsewhere!!!!
