Absolute Fools is a better description. My parents have had a horrific time with their pool installation. Endless problems and have ended up having to go to other private trades to fix up the issues. Would not recommend to anyone.

Go elsewhere for hire equipment! There are plenty of options..I hired a Kanga trencher from these guys and damaged the hydraulic hoses simply by moving the machine through its range of movement (before even starting to dig). It was not as per Kangas specs (I emailed Kanga and they ensured me the trencher should be capable of a full range of movement without damage) They hired me a machine that was not in full serviceable condition. They charged me the full cost of replacing the hoses, and despite several requests have not supplied me with a receipt or their terms and conditions of hire, they just removed money from my account. Arrogant and smug, no reply emails or messages. If this is the way they treat customers there's no way I would consider spending thousands on a pool with these pirates.
