The lady at reception was extremely patient.
Poor service. Made appointment for measure and quote. Stayed home for appt - no one showed. Called to find out what happened - sent someone who was clearly unhappy to be there. No helpful suggestions. Took measurements and said they'd get back to me. Never heard from them. Have a few more jobs like this but won't even consider Bradneys.

Had them in twice now. The young guy who has come out is fantastic - super smart, honest and great at his job. Highly recommended.
I needed some replacement glass so I called a number of places on the Friday after Anzac day. Firstly they were there and answered the phone then they were very helpful and pleasant. I got some advice on how to work out the size I needed. I called it through and Elanor said she would call back when the panels were ready, she would try for the Friday however as it was 6mm I may have to wait till the Saturday. 20 minutes later the phone rang and I could collect them. Perfect size and good old fashioned service. I also need 2 shower screens so guess where I will call first.
Fantastic service and amazing price. Kieran turned up on time. Took my broken panel away to the workshop and returned when agreed. Fast job and great service. Really professional work. The price was fantastic when compared to the 5 other places I rang. Would absolutely recommend.
