Such an AWFUL experience that I’m writing my first ever online review. In short Belinda took my deposit of over 2000 to add dad’s inscription to an existing headstone. After two months they realised the work is more than expected so refused to complete the work, or discuss reasonable alternative options AND refused to refund my deposit. Now not returning calls or responding to emails. Save yourself the headache use someone else.
