After selling our Toilet Hire business in Coolaroo, we spoke to a couple of Real Estate agents, both placed a similar value/estimate on the property that was now surplus to our requirements. After careful consideration of both, we elected to go with Bryce for a couple of reasons; Rutherfords appears to specialise in Melbourne's Northern suburbs Industrial properties, and they are "small business guys" just like us. We signed up and things started to happen immediately, planning for advertising, sign boards, internet ads and door knocking the locals. Then within days, before the sign board even went up, Bryce had an offer, a little to-and-fro over the next couple of days, and a deal was done. It was quick, the result was great and Bryce was a pleasure to deal with. Dad and I were very happy and would highly recommend Bryce and his team.

Impressed with the professionalism and constant updates from Drew. After dealing with one or two other agents before him, I just felt that I could trust him and he proved me right.
