Wayne and his team were fantastic. Pool was completed in under a week as promised. The whole process seemed stressful but Wayne sorted everything ok. The space that we had was very tight but the team worked incredibly hard. Very happy with the finished pool.

We have worked with Wayne and his team numerous times. He has installed four pools for us on homes that we have renovated. He has been excellent to work with and nothing has been an effort for him and his team. From start to finish he has made the experience easy. We have also referred him to numerous friends and builders that we have used and they all have told us that there jobs were completed seamlessly. Shopped around with 3 different pool companies to be advised that we couldn't have a pool installed due to the angle of repose or alternatively pay a stupid amount for a concrete pool. Wayne arrived within a couple of days from initial contact and within 5 minutes advised we could get a pool, the correct location and which types to choose from. The whole process from start to finish was handled by Wayne and the team, special mention to his workers that worked on a Saturday to get the job done. Pool has now been installed and looks amazing, a massive thumbs up to PIA, would highly recommend to family and friends.
We couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided by Pool Installations Aust Pty Ltd, and with our resulting pool and surrounds. The initial processes involved including gaining permits etc (which seemed daunting to us), were handled professionally and with ease, and the installation process went without a hitch. We were able to discuss progress with the team each morning, where they addressed any questions we had, and we had complete confidence in their ability to do the job, which was completed within 5 days, as promised. Wayne has always made himself available with advice, and ‘after sales service’, and has been happy to share his expertise with us, any time. Would not recommend Wayne attended my property several times Understood difficult access , conveyor belt needed , cranes needed , already had retaining wall I paid a premium for the difficult access I was advised in my quote pavers were covered , however what Wayne failed to mention was that the paving sealant for blue stone was not covered , nor were the stairs in pool area , His contractor very clearly stated to me that bluestone must be treated to ensure salt does not erode them The stairs were left with tiles over hanging top step , hence dangerous and not able to be walked on as they would be break .. This further cost me over 5000.00 When my specific instruction to Wayne from the start was I need to know the worst outcome of cost Wayne has advised his contractor has ripped me off and couldn’t care less Wayne advised its my fault he had to work with difficult site access , despite him Knowing the access and me paying for it The contractor has also advised that the fall on the concrete and pavers is not right Wayne has blamed me for as he called not being around as I was at work , but avail everyday to talk and home every night and sore workers Wayne has been abused and sworn at me using f-Ck on phone to me Do urself a favour run do not go through this company Use any other company, I have made the effort to write this so people don’t endure the hell I have endured That’s not even mentioning the leaking back wash that has now been attended to twice The torn solar blanket I was left with Save urself heart ache on what should be so exciting and use another pool company

Wayne and his Team did a great job and I'm very happy with both the service and the finished product. Access was difficult to my house so we went through my neighbours house and Wayne made sure that the neighbour was respected and well looked after. Neighbours site was protected with mats and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. The team that works with Wayne were hard working,friendly and respectful. Wayne was always contactable for questions during and after the process. I'm very happy with the finished product. I would definitely recommend Pool Installations Australia to family and friends and would use them again if I ever move house.
We contacted Wayne after searching on the internet for a pool company to install our new pool out door area. We met with Wayne several times to discuss the requirements for our pool area before we committed to the project. We felt instantly that Wayne was a person with integrity and we knew that we could trust him with our project. Wayne arranged for the removal of our old pool, installation of our new pool, tiling, fencing and the making of a large box to store our pool cover and kids toys. Pool Installations is a family run business – Wayne and his team of staff were always professional and went above and beyond to deliver the project. During the project Wayne also assisted with tasks that were not related to our pool installation, for example, making more level our sloping back yard, additional plumbing and separate fencing at the back of our carport. Wayne and his staff were always very professional, warm and friendly and were always contactable and quick to return phone calls.
