We bought a beautiful old Mercedes from them and are really pleased with the car and their attentive service. The car was beautifully presented and drives like a dream. We're both on a new (old) car high at the moment and planning a few trips around the countryside to enjoy it. I found that the work they did for the roadworthy was thorough and professional and they were fair in their negotiations. It's obvious that they're first and foremost car enthusiasts. They have a stellar reputation in Mercedes circles and yesterday we got to see why. While waiting I took the opportunity to window shop their other used cars. I was drooling at the end of it. They have a treasure trove of beautiful Mercedes ready for their next owners. I plan to take my Mercedes back to them for servicing and if ever I'm in the market for another one, they'll be my first port of call. I want to thank Peter, Cameron and Stuart for a great experience.

I bought an E250, 2010 from Peter Lennox back in June 2019. All good with the car except that when reversing and braking, there was a sound in the rear brakes. I brought this to their attention but they didn't solve it. They actually said the noise was coming from the front. Several weeks later came back again for them to check the car. Nothing. The noise was still there. I simply got tired and took it to the Goodyear in Taylors Lakes. They guy (Matt) immediately said that the noise would go away when the rear brakes path were replace. Given Covid I didn't drive the car much in 2020 so it was only until January 2021 when I took the car for service; the rear brakes were serviced and, voila!!! the noise is gone.... They claim to be the experts but not sure about that. It seems they do not listen to the customer nor they are very interested in paying attention to one, claiming they know what they are doing... Would I buy a vehicle from them again? Yes. Would I bring my car for service? No. Way no.... And when I asked how could I get a new DVD with the updated version of the GPS software the salesman looked at me as if I were an idiot and started saying he can hardly comprehend why would someone be interested in doing such when anyone can use their mobile maps app.... Again, not very good customer service in my humble opinion.

The Condition of my 2005 CLK, Is absolutely immaculate every single feature works as if it were brand new out the MB dealership. Having viewed the car on Carsales I knew it was to good to be true. Alongside the non “pushy” sales approach, with the offer of a test drive. (Which another dealerships didn’t offer me) Sold the car for me. I felt respected as a customer. Any questions or queries about Servicing & Upkeep also we’re answered. I want to thank the Peter Lennox Automotive team for my experience.
