I have been using next generation supplements for many years now. It is I think the best and purest protein and supplements on the market, very minimal ingredients. Also I would like to add that the new next generation shakers are the best I have ever used. Rounded bottom for a perfect shake, machined mouth piece for ease of drinking. I started using next gen supps about 6 months ago now and I can't say a bad word about them. I am using BCAAS, glutamine, creatine and megapro protein powder and I would strongly recommend the chocolate flavour. It's spot on.
