This company is a tribute to Quality Australian Made products. I already have one of their towels rails and I needed another one for a job. The benefits are, water filled for low energy and contestant temperature and hard wired so you can use the space on the wall for a towel rail not a power point. I need a large size and they had one in shock that was picked up from Reece Plumbing two days later. Keep up the good work.
Such a great company to deal with, they don't have problems only solutions, Mark, Stephen, Abe & Ricky are so well versed on their products. Mark & Stephen's attention to detail was so good. Have no hesitation in recommending Hydrotherm Hydronic Heating.
they installed the hydraulic heating system to our house during the winter time. the company did not charge extra when they install extra boiler into the house. the team members are very professional too. they did not make any damage on the property during the installation process. their follow up service are super fast when we call them for a water leaking inspection -- initially we thought the leaking was made by them. they did not blame us to call them for the leaking issue, instead they gave us suggestion. also i has to say here that this is the warmest winter we ever had before, the hydraulic heating temperature is very stable and the warmth can be lasted for 3 days at our house without turn the heating on.
Wished to help our son and daughter in law acquire heating for their new home in Melbourne. We did our due diligence and explored various options and got some quotes. While not the cheapest, we went with Hydrotherm Hydronic. So pleased we did. My son summarised the experience with one word “Awesome”. Thank you. Very happy with our new heaters. They look fabulous and the heat is fantastic (my 3yr old describes our house as cosy!) Andrew promptly answered all my many questions along the way.
