I ordered half moon handles from Auburn Woodturning. The handles are beautiful, the timber and finish is perfect. I thought that the price was very reasonable considering they are made to order. After I placed my order I even received a phone call to talk through as couple of aspects to be sure that the spec was correct - excellent customer service!

I ordered handles for a new build but did not open the box till months later when I needed them and realised 2 were missing. Spoke to Auburn wood turning who took my word in good faith and sending out the last set now. Wonderful old fashioned service you don't see anymore with beautiful craftsmanship acompetitive p
You will not be disappointed. Auburn Woodturning did a small job for me, and I am extremely happy with it. There was a small glitch, but they fixed it immediately. The craftsmanship was outstanding and the customer service was genuine and effective. Even though I live in another state, I would go no where else. This only the second time I have given 5 stars in my like.
My experience with the team (Roma/Kerry/Theo) at Auburn Woodturning has been totally positive. Nothing was too much trouble, they were patient with my enquiries (and sizing stuff up!) and the finished product met my expectations of style and quality. I can not say enough about this company and their work! I am beyond pleased with my wood knobs and how amazing they look. They look exactly as advertised. Also, their customer service is amazing with quick response time. Highly recommend!
