Absolutely disgusted in the service i experienced today. Your staff should be ashamed of themselves for the way they handled the situation, especially Gemma and the manager. I've fully fulfilled my job plan, and tried to change a phone appointment time but they wouldnt answer the phone. Was on hold for 1 hour with the 13 61 33 number until I had to go to work. They cancelled my payment because I missed one call from them. So I tried to call them all afternoon, no answer. Drove down there in person to get no help from the manager. Was told I had to call 13 61 33 until I got through about my payment. The whole time Gemma (my customer service representative) was sitting 5 meters away and wouldn't even look or speak to me. Don't waste your time with these people because they clearly don't care about their clients.

Today a young lady called Jemma helped me out to start work today although she was very busy interviewing her clients among other duties she addressed all my issues that I was finding difficult to even start my job today. Thank you Jemma for being attentive you have made my day... actually my year. And thank you very much werrna for making everything possible so I could have the means and the connection to Jemma
The management is great but one of the staff members are rude and don't put me forward for suitable work when it comes up and wonders why I am long-term unemployed. I wouldn't waste me time signing up with this Job Network Provider.
