Avoid this business- they are scammers. There are other bike tour companies who will treat you well. We booked a tour for my special needs son who loves bikes. Emails were exchanged and pick up location confirmed (email trails had owner confirming time and place). On the day no one turned up we gave them 15 minutes and then tried to call and sent text. 10 minutes later a reply came saying that they were trying to locate driver. I had to constantly chase answers via text. In the meantime my poor son went into a meltdown and for anyone who cares or understands autism this can last for a long time. I then sent a text stating since it was now 40 minutes pass our tour and my son was not coping it needed to be cancelled. At 3.47pm I received a phone call saying there was a mix up with pick up point and they were on their way. I said sorry too late I canceled. Now the owner is refusing to refund the deposit of 150.00. He seems to think his terms and conditions means he can act like a cowboy and hides behind them, however he needs to read NSW fair trading and NSW consumer laws "terms and conditions" failing to provide a service or a faulty item you must refund a customer. They seem to be well known on the local bike tour industry as shady and they even treat their workers badly.

Avoid!!! that is all I can say - it is hard to believe that the treatment myself and my partner recieved was a once off from this company, they really are scam artists and try to get as much money out of you knowing you are a tourists and won't come back. We booked Harley bikes and everything was confirmed. However on the day no phone call or even email to advise - a rider with a trike just turned up and we were expected to accept this!! We were told that the harley (both of them??) had broken down. I pointed out that we didn't want a trike tour, we wanted to ride the harley's. I tried to contact the owner who would not pick up and sent him a text advising my annoyance. After no response in a time frame and getting told by the rider that our time was wasting away I said we would leave it and cancel. Of course now we can't get our money back; he states we should have read the terms and conditions and would give us a gift voucher. I told him no full refund Mate - you didn't provide the tour we paid and confirmed with you - he never picks up his phone and just keeps sending you text's and keeps referring to the Terms and Conditions. A gift voucher is not acceptable when you don't live there and don't intend to return (and if you did why would you book again with them!). Looks like he has worked out a nice little scam for himself.
I booked an Easyrider Harley Tour at the Rocks Sunday Market after seeing three headteachers from Sydney come back from their trip elated and very enthusiastic. As the days leading up to my trip went by I became more and more reluctant and really quite nervous. In the end I sent a text to my scheduled rider - Tim - who immediately replied putting me at my ease and reassuring me. When we met for the ride he exuded calm confidence, helping me to get suited up without problems. Throughout the ride his control and care engendered absolute trust and his overall professionalism made my trip hugely memorable - I even got the accolade 'Harley Biker Chick' - which for an overweight retired 61 year old woman with an ankle injury who last rode a motor bike in 1966, is a real thrill. I would recommend this company to anyone (they took a 90 year old out the other week!) and I would especially recommend Tim - the thinking woman's crumpet!
