I would give it more stars if I can. I just love it. Every single detail on the store makes me want to buy everything. The sales lady was so helpful as I needed to buy a present and got the perfect gift for my niece. Thank you.
Very pretty store but unfriendly salesperson made us feel unwelcome. Instead of being friendly and welcoming the woman neurotically ran around preventing our kids from touching anything despite the fact that we were doing this ourselves. This due to aggressive signage to the effect that "if YOUR kids BREAK anything YOU must PAY for it". Just obnoxious.
I would give this place zero stars if I can. No customer service at all. I went there to buy things for my kids. We came in and immediately the shop assistant jumped in to make us sanitize our hands which we were about to do anyway. Then when my kids went to touch (politely) a toy to show me again she jumped out and in a very rude manner told us off for the kids touching a car “ this is supposed to be a toy store” ... we left immediately and my kids were so sad and disappointed. It is a shame as we were going to probably spend some good money there.
Beautiful shop very well equipped. Good quality and great variety. Everything for babies from clothing to baby beds and much more.
