When I first met Dr John, he said to me, 'Michael, it's much cheaper to keep you out of trouble than to get you you out of trouble' and I still remember these wise words today. His phone is always on and his door is genuinely always open - he's someone who is happy to chat. He makes his fees and charges very clear from day one.
