My partner and I visited rhondas on a weekend away to the central coast in the torrential rain. Needless to say rhondas was the one and only highlight of the weekend. The service was excellent. The waitresses are very nice, polite and attentive. The food was amazing. We ordered the zucchini flowers, the margarita pizza and the ravioli which was just amazing. I rarely think to leave reviews but this was just too good not to! Would definitely recommend.

Authentic Italian pizza and pasta bar. Can you make the squid ink pasta a bigger serve?

Hard to book because covid is here, but worth it! The food was great, best pasta we have in ages!!! Pizza was hot fresh and crusty from the wood fire oven. And no.... not being paid to say this! Staff were attentive, polite and efficient. The owner should be pleased, he has trained them well! We will be back.

Best Wood Fired Pizza I’ve had in years! Great service and a really tasty meal. Went with some menu favourites that we had read on other reviews; if you are looking for a dish to warm your soul don’t hesitate in ordering the Rhonda Lasagne - yum!

Amazing service and great food. What can one ask for more? Our family had dinner at Rhonda's every day of our vacation and we always went out with a smile. The pizzas are good. The desserts are delicious. The service is the best!

Inefficient service left my group feeling completely ignored by staff. After being seated, no staff gave us the usual greeting or offered us a menu, water, etc. Then I had to wait in a long queue at the bar to order pizza, which then took even longer to arrive to the table. Once it did arrive, it was just placed on our table and the waitress didn't think to offer us plates or napkins. We couldn't get any waiters' attention until we had already finished eating the pizza from our hands (which were covered in grease). The only time we were acknowledged by staff was when a waiter approached us to tell us that we will need to vacate our table for another group. This restaurant really needs to teach its waiters the basics of table service and improve the efficiency of its ordering process (so people don't have to watch countless cocktails being made if they're just waiting for pizza).

I am a returning customer to Rhonda's. Beautiful Cocktails and a lovely atmosphere. The Pumpkin Ravioli is my favourite meal of all time and my partner and I travel the hours it takes every year for our amazing meals. The staff are very friendly and the meals came out very fast. Love this restaurant and look forward to our visit next year! Highly recommend.

A beautiful, modern & funky Italian restaurant around the corner from the main street of Terrigal offering a huge & delicious sounding menu. The space fills light, fresh with plants hanging off the ceiling, exposed brick walls & a colourful wall lined cocktail bar. I was so excited by many of the menu items & decided on the de funghi woodfired pizza, lasagne, squid ink fettucine, ravioli & caprese salad. The pizza was absolutely phenomenal with a lovely woodfired char, thin lightly chewy base & simple but delicious toppings. The caprese salad was fresh with a nice mozzarella & balsamic drizzled over the top. The pasta dishes were more hit & miss. The ravioli was delicious with a lovely burnt butter & sage sauce. Squid ink pasta was lovely but the sauce was bitter as if the caramelised onion had been burnt. The dish was meant to come with crab meat which seemed extremely scarce. There were 2 chunks of seafood in my pasta & it didnt seem like crab but fish. This was the most disappointing dish. The Lasagne comes in a cast iron pan & was a hearty comfort food dish. It would have been more delicious if the meat sauce had been cooked longer to be less acidic & thicker - it was too watery & not reduced enough & you could not scoop out a slice or lasagne as it would flop and fall apart. Overall the pasta dishes were disappointing. The wine list is concise & offers Italian & Australian varieties at reasonable prices. The staff are lovely & service is friendly & efficient and the pizza is definitely a hit & the go-to here.
