My daughter spilt my coffee over my work laptop. after consulting apple and other repair places i was overwhelmed by the quotes :( A colleague from work passed me onto I.T Solutions. Keyboard and battery where replaced and the electronics were repaired for a reasonable price. I was sent frequently updated via SMS with images (scary to see my laptop like this!). The extend of the work from these guys (especially taking into consideration their age) is phenomenal. My go to from now on, thanks again lifesavers!!
Because of covid situation out staff are required to work from home. We needed 14 laptops and 3 desktops set up so staff can remote in. This was our first time using ITSOLUTIONS. Despite a few roadblocks, we were very please with the service provided. Some things to consider 1.\tThey’re not the most affordable solution around to put it one way 2.\tCommunication was scarce at the beginning 3.\tTechnician who quoted the job arrived 20 mins late

Fantastic service and cheapest around. I needed an urgent mobile phone repair after my iphone screen smashed at 5:30pm. I found IT Media Solutions on Gumtree, they responded to my request straight away. John attended the home later on that evening. I had provided him with the incorrect phone model. John took the phone with him to repair it and he even dropped it off to the hospital the next day. I couldn't for a better service. Would highly recommend.
