Service is always great here - the wait to be served is not but that is not the fault of the store. At least 3 of us were there with issues that should have been fixed via the help line. call centre support is very poor. I waited 40 mins and my resolution took 5 mins in store. Thank you Jimboomba Telstra Team again

I would just like to say how helpful Candice was yesterday in helping us , but unfortunately you did not have any phones for us to purchase in our price range. So we moved on to orian shopping centre and purchased 1 there also from a very helpful staff member , sorry did not get her name.

Staff came out of a back room licking their chops. Musta had a snack. Came back to a customer they were serving and they couldn't help with her problem. Next customer, couldn't help with her problem, next was us. Spoke over the top of us, in a condescending way. Couldn't help us get our own number back with the credit that was already on it. (Phone was stolen from a kid). Didn't care about assisting and probably wanted to go back and get her snack. 3 customers walked out of there unhappy and all she had to say was, have a nice day. Be careful. Your money is worth so much better for service.

Could not hsve had better service. All the team are so helpful. 100% happy as i went in with my phone shattered and they were able to download everything onyo a new phone. Great job guys.

Waited outside for 20 minutes, a guy from inside came out and asked what we were wanting to do, told him get a standard iPhone 12 on a plan he said yeah i have heaps, wait around for 40 minutes to finally get seen by someone to tell me that they have no iPhone 12's left, a complete waste of time will never be using Telstra AGAIN. Been a customer for 10 years.
