Common issues- over charge and rude customer service. They have over charged me so many times..like 50c over than their marked price, so that customers don't spend their time for only 50c but that's how they've been running a dishonest business. ( 50c times many and many). Today I bought 2kg pearl yoghurt, marked price was 5.99 but as usual charged me 6.49. This time, I requested to check the price. At first the counter lady rudely denied me. I took them to the marked price label and found that I was correct. Then she called the owner and then I got to understand why their staff are rude. The owner didn't say sorry rather said..buy at 6.49 or return the product. What a resolution after their mistake and wasting my time !!! The guy was yelling in the store. I came out from the store with the product and the owner guy teased me "mad..mad..mad". I looked behind and heard the owner guy was loudly lying to other customers.."I gave him free, I gave free". But I paid for the item and got the receipt. And the sad thing is that my 5yr son was shocked with the teasing " mad". I felt so harrassed. This should be stopped otherwise these guys will keep continuing this dishonest business and harrassment the customers.

A Fruit & Vegetable store at Tarneit Central. Located at the entrance next to Anytime Fitness. Offering fresh produce, organic food and gourmet selections. You need to be quick with the breads as they always sell out. Might be good to ask when they get them delivered to avoid disappointment.
To start with I wish I could give negative 100 ️ Very very bad customer service. Don’t know how to talk with customers. No Business ethics in workers, they don’t care about loosing customers. I bought something which says per kg but I have been charged per piece, and also I found that it was very costly for me so went to returned back to them and I was told no return policy even though I was charged wrongly. Plus I showed them where was my trolley literally just one step outside of shop. Customers service person was relative of shop owner also one more guy there, when I told them you are loosing customers by not correcting their own fault and they replied doesn’t matter if they lost me as a customers. At least you need to have ethics that what you need to reply to customers, if you don’t know that you don’t deserve customers. I said them what great thoughts you have for your customers this is what you think about your customers Great. Very very disappointed I was regular to this shop. I will not give you chance again to disrespect me and to serve me back . Thanks.
Great Fruits and Veggies found there and Great Value! Many great Asian veggies can be found.
Very bad experience. Rotten fruits and when complained, got response saying that’s what we sell. Extremely rude staff and disrespectful to customer as well. I am writing based many visits I have done recently. So stay away from this shop and get better product from somewhere else with the same price.

Worst business management in the area, I should avoid it. Staffs are non professional. They are proud of their bad manner. It is just a profit oriented business, not customer oriented. Management's capacity improvement and professional trainings recommended.
