Exceptional dealership. From the sales experience, to the service staff, all staff go out of their way to assist and are very helpful and happy. The on-site cafe is a pleasant experience and the staff there are excellent and accommodating for any and all requests. I will be coming back to this dealership at all occasions when buying my cars in the future

I was nervous buying my first new car and was pleasantly surprised when I went to Toowong Mazda. The moment I stepped inside the dealership I was greeted by Paul. I've never owned a Mazda before and was unsure of all the models. I told Paul the type of things I wanted my new car to have and what was important to me. Paul listened and he showed me through the Mazda range. Paul wasn't pushy- which is the opposite of what I expected to get out of a car dealership. He was unlike any salesman I had come across in my journey to buying a new car! He was happy, friendly, very knowledgeable and explained everything to me clear and simple. He went above and beyond in the entire process. I came back two days later and both myself and my mum purchased a new car off of him. Paul gave better than 5 star service, he even attempted to make me a coffee which he poured down the drain and had the Mazda chef make me one because it wasn't right he said. I would definitely recommend Paul and the friendly team at Toowong Mazda if you are looking for a new car! Paul - I love my zoom zoom! Thank you so much for an amazing pleasurable experience!!

The service center provided me with excellent support. Craig on call was patient, understanding and very clear with his instructions. Brendon as service advisor was equally clear helpful and provided me with clarity on the faulty battery. Got a replacement as it was under warranty. All done in 60 minutes! 5 stars guys.
All I wanted to do was test drive a Mazda CX-5 and leave straight away so I could decide later, the idea of being hassled by sales people was the last thing on my to-do list. However I was so pleasantly surprised by the experience I had a Toowong Mazda. I connected with Paul who gave me a refreshing 5 star service and a hassle-free viewing of vehicles.
