We need to send our luggage’s from toowong to Melbourne. The service was brilliant starting from the first phone call. No long waiting tone or machine. They accept pay by phone which make everything easier, as We were in Melbourne already. They gave two quotes based on online request from us. We choose the quote with extended time of arrival (4-5 working days). Our friend dropped the luggage on Monday, we get quote and pay on Monday afternoon. On Friday morning, the luggage arrived in Melbourne. Quicker than we expected. Highly recommended

I dealt with Gus at the Toowong Pack and Send who is very friendly and professional. I needed to get an urgent package off that afternoon (I needed it delivered the day before Xmas) and both him and the courier waited while I rushed my document over.
