I've had a VERY unpleasant experience dealing with Trent Pickup on my employment skills assessment appeal application. Firstly, he claimed to offer more service than what he was able to deliver. His guidance to me for preparing the paperwork was very minimal, and I would have to wait for days to get any response on draft paperwork. His eventual feedback was normally two or three sentences long only and would be very vague. Following my complaint to him about the poor service, he abruptly terminated his service to me - without refunding any of the payments he received. It turned out that he wanted me to labour through the paperwork on my own, and than hand it over to him to submit. Submitting the documents is by far the easiest step in all of the process, and SURELY doesn't require an agent to do that on my behalf. Trent absolutely failed to provide the services that he promised. Wth the assistance of another immigration agent, I managed to obtain a positive outcome on my appeal application - at a fraction of the cost that I had paid to Trent.
Highly recommended Trent, got my 820 and 801 granted after 21 months and at the same time. Trent is very helpful and knowledgeable regards to the application process. Once again thank you!
