Kurt, Quin and Sam are very professional. I cannot fault them for anything. They know our apartment inside and out. Kurt helped us getting the A/C approved by Strata which was a 12 month lead time. Once the renovation commenced he was very responsive and came out a few times to scope out the project. Quin is a perfectionist and loves a challenge. Sam is polite and respectful. Look no further !

Had the pleasure of dealing with Kurt and his Team on a 3 outlet multi Split Daikin System . From the outset, Kurt set the benchmark high and designed a functional and effective AC system for our Duplex. The units are easy to operate and the motor is so quiet. Praise is also given to his job lead, Ben, who was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, hard working and took pride in his work. Well done to the CoolCats AC Team and thank you . I was highly impressed with the level of service provided by Kurt and the CoolCats Team. They did a fantastic job installing two new aircon units in our place - their workmanship is excellent and the units are working brilliantly and are really making a difference. They are really professional and knowledgeable, as well as friendly and easy to chat with and deal with - if there was any questions that I had they would be happy to discuss and explain things and provide advice. I had Kurt come over and quote me on a new ducted air con system. He came up will some good ideas and suggestions and he discussed the options with me in detail. I found that Kurt and his team were very friendly, professional and they even cleaned up after them selves. The after sales service was also very good and prompt. I rang Kurt for a quote after previous companies were a no-show. Kurt arrived on time, and was very professional in his appraisal of my needs and provided a comprehensive written quote. On installation day, Kurt and his team were punctual and very hard working. They worked in my roof in 40 degree temperatures.
