We've used ALS for the last 4 years. I would highly recommend them for their expertise, their timeliness (some of our work is short notice and they try their best to accommodate us) and their can do attitude. The staff are very good at what they do and are easy to deal with. They will produce photos of the sites and send them via email with the services marked if required. Highly recommend using Australian Locating Services. We use their services regularly and are very happy with their service.
Absolutely no cooperation or accountability after a very expensive mistake was made and refused to provide documentation of work performed. Rude and disrespectful. Look elsewhere.
