Went in to get a quote got told a price, called up to book in and got told that it would be almost double the price I was quoted. not a good experience.
Extremely disappointing experience I asked for a small caravan awning cover to be made in mid January. They said they would jump straight onto it. I waited 4 weeks and then rang. Was told that it hadn’t been started and to ring in a week to find out about it. Rang a week later to be told it was not started and that it would be finished in a week or more likely two. Went in today (two weeks from last call) and the bloke I spoke to said it was finished a while ago. He looked for it but could not find it – but he was sure he had finished it. After looking for a couple of minutes, he asked if I could get him another drawing of what I wanted. I was astonished that an unsuccessful look for a couple of minutes would be enough to completely re-make an item that was supposedly already made. I can only assume that the drawing was lost and this was his way to get another drawing. Up until 2 weeks ago, I was being told it had not been started. I didn’t get an apology or anything remotely like an apology. I will definitely take my business elsewhere.
We got large custom fit weather blinds for our outdoor area made by these guys. The area is really odd shaped, but the guys measured it up carefully, then made and installed them to fit the space *perfectly*. Awesome attention to detail, a great product and brilliant service! And super nice to deal with, making the whole job an absolute pleasure. Couldn't ask for more! ** Definitely recommended **
