They pour a defective concrete slab that would not sustain the required load. We spent months seeking them to rectify the slab with no resolution. They then took us to ncat claiming a progress payment despit defective work .this caused us to spend over 20,000.00 on expert reports and legal fees that we couldnt claim back due them withdrawing there application in the ncat court. We ended up terminating the contract and now we have a defective concrete slab we can't use and only part of a shed. We found out there licence do not allow them to do resisdential work over 20000.00 including GST. We surgest if you use this company you use council only not there certifer. But best to pick a better company to do your job We are a extremely unhappy customer.
