If we could give 6 stars we would. Paul, his product and his service have all been top class. We have his batteries in both our 200 (2x100ah) and our camper (200ah Slimline). Paul takes the time to explain every component and how it works, the one electrical issue that we did have (which wasn't a result of Paul's product) - Paul drove 3 hours to come to us to resolve it and explain what had happened. Very happy - thanks Paul :)

I met Paul a few weeks ago and discussed the electrical requirements for my canopy. All was measured up and quoted within the hour. Paul finished the install today and the work is first class along with the products he suggested. Great bloke, great work and great products. I highly recommend him for electrical fitouts.
After two years of Off Grid living in a house that is as normal as any other 240v house we want to say thank you for designing and creating such an excellent system. Thank you to the dedicated team at Deep Cycle Systems from Mount Tambourine who without a doubt offer the best Off Grid system available in Australia. It is perfect for our needs (sure the bigger 15kw batteries would have been great) and we are very grateful for what we have in this flawless system. For those who have never experienced Off Grid living all we can say is that it is very liberating especially with such fantastic after sales support and system. We cannot speak highly enough of this great business and would highly recommend to anyone who needs good reliable electricity in places where the cost is to high for mainstream electricity. Was recomended to this company cnt really say much cause when i called i was told no 1 was availble atm but some 1 wld return my call shortly that was 4 hours later and still no call no reply to email and no reply on fb on top of that tried to call them back 23 times and ther fone dnt even ring at all now id hate to be stranded in the bush waiting for a call back if i was stuck yet to see if they bother calling back or if they fix ther fones like not a good start so far i hope thers a good explanation if i even get 1 wel see
Worst battery I have ever purchased. The lithium battery that was 100ah was only 80ah and the blue tooth app is very buggy and will not work correctly. I paid almost 1200 Total waste of money and very rude man when I tried to return the battery he would not take it back or replace it. I would avoid at all cost.
We are a part of the great moving mass of homeless people living in caravans with no fixed address. We had the pleasure of meeting Paul when he was onsite checking a recently installed off grid house solar system. Our van batteries were on their last legs and we asked about changing over to Lithium. He checked out the current deep cycle system and stated that no changes were necessary to install 2 lithium batteries to replace the 4 AGM currently in use. Weight saving 2x lithium @ 12kg 24kg. 4 AGM 110 amp/hr batteries @ 31kg124kg, a net saving of 100kg weight. Six months later we also changed over the tow tug from 2 AGM batteries to 1 Lithium to run the 2 Engel fridges in the back, with a weight saving of 50kg. Paul is an absolute legend in the industry, is passonate about all things solar, including absorbing new cutting edge solar technology. Apart from all that Paul is a nice guy who does nice work.
