I thought that they made the chocolates at the price they sell them for, but they dont. Don't get me wrong the chocolates are good but I rather get them from manufacturers then drive up the mountain to get them. At least the fudge shops make there fudges.

Today I had the most upsetting experience in this store I had my daughter with me and we were berated in front of other customers for not masks even though we had medical exemptions. The lady working there with short hair was VICIOUS towards us and I ended up leaving without buying their chocolates and I will never go back there

We were quite impressed at how lovely the chocolates looked when we first walked into the shop, but it was all downhill from there. The shop owner walked in and when she found out we were from interstate, she insulted us by calling all the people there uneducated and rude. The pricing of the chocolates was not displayed and she said prices varied from 2.50 to 4.50 per chocolate. She stated that a lot of work goes into making these chocolates and that is why prices vary, which would be fair enough, if she actually made them!! As she later told us that they're bought from a company in NSW. We left feeling insulted and disappointed and the chocolates were gross. Overall, it was a bad experience with incredibly poor customer service, would not recommend it to anyone. Perhaps the owner should educate herself on good customer service and how to run a business properly.

Sweet glorious temptations is what you will find here, with a vast selection on offer by a wonderful and friendly lady who was so personable. Delicious and insatiably satisfying. The butterscotch truffle is an experience in itself. Once in your mouth, don't bite it... and wait a few seconds.. OH MY GOD!
