Never go there for a job had two recruitment people leave there after second one lefted the third person never could contact them all up rated them as a 1 even though they don't deserve that have alot to improve on
Stay away from this place. Super unprofessional. Applied for a job, had interview for the job, called the employer back to assist them in filling another role as a colleague of mine was looking for that role and the employer had mentioned and asked about it during my interview. The following day I was called by Christine and synergy people who not only spoke to me like a naughty child but refused to listen to me at all on why I had called the employer direct. To top it off she had the hide to ask me intricate details of my interview so she could better prepare another candidate. All I got when I met her was a tone of papers to fill out for synergy people that I could have done online as I had driven 1.5hours to go there! When I was rejected for the position thanks to her aggressive and unprofessional behaviour, no one bothered to call and speak to me... no no I was sent a generic email from synergy people! In a way I'm so glad I was rejected because otherwise I'd be relying on them to be responsible to organise my pay and maintain all communications with the employer. I have since found work elsewhere with no help or should I say no issues from Christine and synergy people. ******THEY SINCE WROTE THE BELOW REPLY TO LOOK AS THOUGH THEY REALLY CARE. I SINCE REPLIED TO THEM DIRECT AND STILL AWAIT THEIR REPLY*** SO I STAND BY MY REVIEW. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. AND DONT CARE!

I enjoy working for synergy people they really make you feel welcomed and try to best fit your working needs also considering your personal life and trying to meet with your requirements, They Honestly care for you and they do look after you, They take you very seriously and do not beat around the bush. Totally inept-cost me a potential job.Don't waste your time with this company! I applied for a job the day it was advertised.Synergy People didn't update me at all-I had to contact them 3 times(2 phone calls & 1 email) before I could get an update on my application,only to find that the person that had short listed me for the job only worked 2 days per week and apparently nobody else was handling my application when she wasn't in the office.I was apparently scheduled to be phone interviewed( I wasn't),but in that time other applicant's CV's had been forwarded to the Employer & they chose to employ someone else.It's possible I may have been unsuccessful,but to not even be given the opportunity is very disappointing.The response of the staff member that notified me after my 3rd attempt at contact was "it doesn't matter we'll find you something else" and "that's the way recruitment works".... her attitude told me that not only was she obliviously unsympathetic,she failed to see how incompetent their recruitment process is and that applicant's rely on the recruiter's process to be systematic.I at least expected to be contacted regardless of whether or not I was successful and Synergy People need to appreciate the time & effort that goes into applying for jobs.To not even be contacted with a progress update or an outcome is extremely discourteous.I really needed that job, and I sometimes feel that recruitment companies forget that they are dealing with people's livelihoods.I would not recommend this recruitment company at all.They just don't seem to care.
