Booked here last week, first of all not a very accessible Carpark to enter from Kent street coming from Town hall because there’s a double line. Getting in you are given two options to park, upstairs and downstairs. I chose upstairs to only find that it was full, upstairs has a lot less space than downstairs. No indication whatsoever that upstairs was full. Went out which I had to do by call the operator to let me exit and then get back in to go downstairs. Much more space downstairs but the spaces are very narrow. The entire Carpark driving lanes are very narrow, so caution when coming into here. Wouldn’t book here again unfortunately.

Booked a bay on a weekend. Small carpark mostly filled with reserved spaces. Very few unreserved spots all already taken and no parking attendant. Some advance info on booking would have been nice.
The worst parking I've been in terms of space and signage. I ended up going up instead of down and the spaces were all reserved. You just hit a dead end with no way to go back down except reversing all the way back - very difficult with narrow and windy drive way. Never park here again. Don't come here people, it is not any cheaper than other parking down the road.
worst carpark in Australia!!! Faulty tap machine charge me extra even though I have paid and pre booked. Lane for entrance and exit narrow as hell
Terrible carpark. It is open to public, but once get in, you see most of the spots are reserved. Lucky enough to got a spot, then realise there is no lift for pedestrians! All lifts need a swipe card to operate, and no staff is around to help. Finally when I was leaving around 6pm, the exit is locked! It supposed to open until midnight, and the entrance half of it is still open, cars are still coming in. At least five drivers are puzzled and trying to figure out how to leave. Called the number post on wall for help, the lady answering the phone said, well it should be opened.... yea sure, it should be, the problem is it is not! Try my best to avoid this carpark in the future.
Useless car park avoid at all costs
Would give zero stars if available. Attendant aggressive and bullying - registering formal complaint makes no difference. I will no longer use Wilson as a result. Up the road, Secure Parking team are amazing..
