Splendid tastefully sublime meals. Magnificent, beautiful flavours of Italy coked to perfection. Excellent staff, who are ready to assist and serve with haste for freshly cooked hot meals. Exquisite dining with that special Italiano style that we all adore and are so lucky to experience here at the Vanto in the Queen Victoria Building in Sydney. A large variety of Italian and Australia wines to compliment the superb Vanto dining. Sweet cakes and treats for desserts and or to enjoy when you pop in for a coffee. Easy parking and access for all to enjoy.

Great cafe, best wood fired oven pizza. We had their special of the day pizza and it was delicious!! Waited a while for the food but worth the wait as it was a busy cafe.

Due to covid, this restaurant implemented timed-seating options. 30 minutes if you're planning to have coffee and 1 hour for lunch or dinner. I was there on a Thursday and chose to meet an old friend here for a coffee (it was 5.30pm) followed by dinner. No where in the restaurant it was displayed there are timed session, but I do understand the restaurant wants to make money in these troubling times by having a limit. So I asked the waitress politely if I could have a table for 2 for coffee. She replied in a very annoyed manner 30 minutes time limit for coffee and 1 hour for dinner. I asked again what if I want to have coffee followed by dinner? She was frustrated (with only 2 questions?) and gave out a loud sigh as if I'm wasting her time (or maybe she thought I couldn't afford to pay for food?) Anyway, another man came (I'm assuming the owner) to find out what happened (he didn't ask me, but asked the waitress instead as if I didn't exist). The waitress replied to the man that "she wants to have coffee and dinner, and so I told her the time limits". The man turned and walked away. And she turned to me and said (with a very annoyed voice) that I should choose to have coffee or dinner, but not both. I feel for the restaurant for having to make difficult decisions like these but at the very least, be kind and polite to whomever you're dealing with. Just like how you deserve respect from your customers, your customers deserve to be treated with respect too. I'm sure the coffee and food may be good, but you turned me away with your arrogance. I then took a short walk to Hyde Park and spent my evening at Metro St James who welcomed me with open arms, great food, excellent drinks and amazing service.

Came at lunch time and was served the brunch menu. staff seemed lazy to serve the lunch menu. I was looking forward to the gnocchi but opted for he poached eggs on toast. Food was cold, eggs were undercooked and bread was burnt. The garlic pizza was okay, very doughy with little garlic. Disappointing, probably wont be back

Very dissippointing food, have never ate dog food, but this would be close. I actually took this food down to a homeless person who also rejected it.
