My wife called Graham to see if he was able to install several accessories to our new Ford Ranger PX3. He said it was best to come over to discuss. We met Graham and found him very helpful and very reasonably priced with top notch brands. I went back home to do a bit of online searching on his business and was quite surprised at the large number of negative feedback he had... But I gave Graham and his team the benefit of the doubt and was not disappointed at all. He installed a tub liner and roller shutter for me the next day! I am super impressed and based on my experience on would recommend him highly! He even offered to drop me off at the station the morning I dropped the ute off! For some reason, this business popped up on my Facebook feed, being relatively new to FB I wondered why, but have been told it has something to do with me Googling this business when I wanted to get my husband a gift voucher for his birthday late last year for his beloved Ute. That is when my nightmare with the owner of this business began, Graham is the owner I rang to ask if he could give me a gift certificate, he didn’t sound real interested in it, but said come down. I turned up, he was at his computer, looked at me and then ignored me for what seemed like an eternity. I sort of coughed and said I rang about the gift certificate, he didn’t look up just ignored me, I have never felt so belittled in my life. I eventually walked away close to tears. I would never recommend this business to anyone and just cannot understand why a business person would just be so rude.
Without a doubt the worst sales experience EVER! Disinterested, rude and aggressive without provocation and this is the owner. Does not understand that customers money. Use this business at your own peril. Sadly I have to post a star to get this message across to the unsuspecting public.
Zero stars for phone service skills, potential customers do not like to be rudely hung up on. Zero stars for advertising obsolete items on your web page. Poor business strategy but a great way to alienate customers!
