I've lived here for a full year as a full-time university student. The stay was amazing - safe, convenient location, clean and well-managed by staff, has a gym, and a few lounges and study areas. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Would recommend!

Urbanest arguably provides the best student accommodation for exchange students. Cleveland Street is a prime location within a pleasant walk to Sydney Uni, a short stroll to Redfern Station that connects the uni area with Sydney CBD, and about a 10min walk to Broadway shopping centre (Aldi, Woolies, Coles). Equipped with all amenities, Apartments are genuinely of highest quality, while rooms, although small, are cozy and modern. Staff members go out of their to make the stay spot on. The only drawback is that WiFi keeps disconnecting on certain devices at times. Rent may seem daunting, but Sydney is very expensive in general and Sydney Uni students get nicer quotes on top of that. I would absolutely recommend to anyone considering a study abroad semester in the area.

I have been living here for about 5 months now and undoubtedly one of the best places for students to live in. Its located in very close proximity to UTS, USyd and the central station. The accommodation options available for students are quite varied, however, all the rooms are comfortable and cozy. The gym and the communal kitchen facilities are quite good. Also, the Urbanest team are really kind, professional and helpful at all times. Overall, I would recommend it to be one of the best choices for students to be able to live, study, and enjoy.

Absolutely enjoy the experience of living in this place. The facilities are great and the exceptional service from the urbanest staff is second to none. They not only provide you with basic customer services but also try their best to ensure that you can feel at home. Great accommodation for international students!

I lived here for a month, this place is the best place out of every place I have lived before in Sydney, high privacy, high safety, well organized. The common area is the best part here, here have an entertainment room which you can play the game hang out with your flatmate and here also have a really great gym with high quality equipment. And another thing that really make me impressive is staff here all so friendly and ready to help all the time. So if you have the plan to move to a new place I think this place is one of the best choices, if you have the chance to live here you must love here for sure!!!

I have been living here for a few weeks and so far it has been a magnificent experience. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help, spaces like the gym, game room and bbqs are perfect for interacting with other students. In addition, the location is very good, close to restaurants, train, shopping centers. I highly recommend it.

I studied abroad in Sydney during the first half of 2019, and Urbanest offered excellent accommodation. Didn't have any housing issues and the staff were very amicable (especially Michele, who enthusiastically ran Urbanest events for the residents!). Would recommend.

I had one of the most terrible customer service experience in my life. Receptionist Anjan is very disrespectful and shows absolutely no sympathy towards international students who cannot return to the country. Putting the blame on students, lying about charges, and making student's life even harder in the current situation. Charging a "standard cleaning fee" for things that doesn't even belong to them is a sketchy way to make money out of international students who cannot return for a reason. Taking advantage with the fact that the student is not here and charge them more is totally unacceptable.
