Overpriced rubbish that falls to pieces within one season. Don't be fooled. This is NOT the original Australian, family-owned business where I bought my first boots from in 1974. (Just talk to the staff who are unable to tell you who owns the business. Even the website confirms they've only been around since 1990, and conveniently neglects to mention who the family actually is) Their products are NOT made locally, nor are they made of local Australian Merino wool, but rather are manufactured in China. If you want the genuine original Aussie-made UGG boots (and not the US version owned by Deckers), you will need to go to "UGG since 1974" in George Street in the Rocks.

Good prices for sell
If I could give the the people who work in here a minus star rating..I would do it with so much ease..Walked in and they completly ignored me.It was like I didn't even exist. Quite sad actually, seeing as I was willing to spend a large amount of money on purchasing a few of their items. They will only help you if you look the part, or so it seems.
So nice the staff here. Perfect experience of shopping.
Only one place to buy UGG boots and thats in Australia. So there we were in a wonderful shopping centre and an UGG shop appeared right in front of us. Would have been a travesty not to! Friendly helpful staff and of course .... genuine UGG boots. Wifes a happy woman.
The employees were very friendly & helpful. I shopped around to several other stores and the prices here were not significantly better than the other stores around Sydney. Some items were a bit cheaper, like higher end slippers. The baby uggs were not cheaper. Stop in and check it out if you are close by, but I wouldn’t make a special trip.
The staffs here are friendly and patient. I can find my desired style in this shop. More importantly, the price is excellent, I will recommend my friends to shop at this store if they need to buy ugg boots.
Best price in genuine and comfy ugg. Appreciate the good service from kind staffs.
