They are very dishonest. Ask for quote in CNY and they said 3.8 - when I suggested this sounded low they told me if I was looking online then it was because online was taking the mid-point of the spread. The very next currency exchange I went to (located in the Westfield but other agents are available) quoted 4.6. On the A700 i was wanting to convert I would have lost over A100 if I had gone with their initial quote. The quote is so far out of the money from the other quotes I received that it is at the very least misleading and at the worst fraudulent. I would never recommend this place and am in fact actively telling everyone I can to never use them.

A lady sitting here is a professional cheater. Count what you'll get! The trick is: she takes correct sum from her coin box. And counts it in front of you on her table very carefully. This counting is a correct one. But than she will pass over the counter your coins and notes, she will keep some of them with her. Watch it very carefully and re-count again. It will be a different ammount of money. She'll say "oppps, sorry, here you are" and give you the rest.

Not sure I can agree with the previous reviews - just been in and bought 250 USD at a rate better than nearby banks. Quick and easy with all the receipts and cash counted in front of me.

Real bad service. Asked for 80'000 yen and she failed to mention that she couldn't do that before taking out 800 dollars in AUD, which was apoarantly irreversible, so I lost a bunch of money because of the exchange rate. The lady in the next counter was nice enough to apologise and do her best to correct this.
