Great service. Package was picked up from front door and dropped at back door. The price was the best, and the service was fast: was quoted 8 working days, but the job was done in less than 5. Perfect job!

I had to send a parcel that was 115cm long and Aussi post wouldn't take it. This service was simply and easy to use as I haven't ever shipped a parcel before.
Really easy process to arrange a collection from store interstate to deliver to my door. The rate was fantastic and the service was do quick. The package was handled very well as it was fragile. I cant recommend using another carrier as Trans direct was faultless and i would use them again. Thank you Trans direct!!
The pick-up/delivery process was smooth but a month after my item was delivered I was billed for almost 100% of the courier rate again and advised that I had understated the dimensions of the parcel. I measured the parcel myself and am certain I measured correctly. The supposed 2cm x 1cm x 3cm difference cost me another 88. Unfortunately I cannot prove my dimensions with photographic evidence. Beware when using this service. Take photos of everything you are shipping with a tape measure on each side. The process looks easy on the surface but there are plenty of catches. I won't be using Transdirect again.
Trans direct is absolutely epic. So easy. Seem less. I send 9 boxes totalling 140kg interstate and it arrived in 3 days, and was way cheaper than I expected. Really impressive service. I’ll be recommending to everyone coordinating interstate moves/freight. Thanks guys!
Transdirect has been a godsend for our business. The setup is simple, and booking a courier is quick and easy. I love that I can choose which courier, price and time it takes to get there. Every package has been picked up and delivered on time, so I am a happy customer!

I have been using Transdirect for the past 3 years and I have always had the pleasure in using them, It's easy to use and it keeps a history on all my previous bookings, so if i ever have to send something to the same client i can just rebook with updated package and reference details. :)
